Budgeting
As any competent person would do, you might wonder what the cost of the project is going to be before you start the full design process. Give us a call, we’ll be happy to provide you with a proposal that covers the mechanical scope with any options that you may be inquiring about.
Design/Build Projects
On any commercial or residential project, Piper Mechanical has the experience and knowledge to deliver a project that is an efficient and cost effective solution.
Bid Build
If the project has already been designed, we will first give you a competitive bid that you will feel comfortable knowing that all the empty holes in the scope have been covered. Then as the project progresses we will work with the engineer and you to suggest any items in the scope that could be value engineered to create an even more cost effective project.
Asbuilts
As any good contractor should do, we provide AutoCAD asbuilt drawings of all our piping. If requested we can also provide color video asbuilts of all underground waste piping.
LEED Accreditation
Getting your building through the LEED process can be a complicated process. With our LEED AP on staff we have the experience to make it a straight-forward process from breaking out in our proposal the cost of each LEED point that you may be interested in to tracking and submitting all required paperwork to make sure the building gets each point accredited in a timely fashion during construction.
